NHS England is ‘taking the bull by the horns’ in mental health
The Mental Health Apps Library, a directory of NHS-endorsed digital mental health services was launched by NHS England on the 24th March 2015. This new initiative was rolled out in order to improve the treatment of depression and anxiety as well as access to psychological therapies. Currently, there are five evidence-based digital tools contained in the library Check it out via this link.
